Bellbrook took a four-goal loss the last time they faced off against Ross, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Golden Eagles had just enough and edged out the Rams 1-0. Winning may never get old, but Bellbrook sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

The win got Bellbrook back to even at 8-8. As for Ross, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 9-1 and their overall record down to 14-2-1.

Bellbrook and Ross should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. The Golden Eagles (ranked 195th) will meet Edgewood (ranked 423rd) at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Ross will square off against Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th with a big rank advantage (40 vs. 378).
