Volleyball Recap: Springdale Comes Up Short

Springdale lost against Northside back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Bulldogs lost 3-0 to the Grizzlies.

The final score came out to 25-9, 25-20, 25-17.

Northside was led to victory by Kamdyn Flemming and Eden Fields. Flemming had 14 digs and three aces, while Fields had 11 digs and one assist. That's the most aces Flemming has posted over her last 11 matchups.

Springdale has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-14-1 record this season. As for Northside, their win ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 13-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Springdale is set to take on their familiar foe Har-Ber at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Northside will face off against rival Rogers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
