Football Recap: Middletown Takes a Loss

Middletown fell victim to Cranston East and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 34-0 loss at the hands of the Thunderbolts. The game marked the first time this season in which the Islanders were not able to get on the board.

Middletown now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Cranston East, their victory bumped their record up to an identical 2-3.

Looking ahead, Middletown will be playing at home against West Warwick at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cranston East, they will head out on the road to take on Central Falls at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
