Baseball Recap: Ludlow Takes a Loss

Ludlow lost against Owen County back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Ludlow lost 11-1 to Owen County. The matchup marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Ludlow saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Miller Reed, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Ludlow's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Owen County, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ludlow will welcome Boone County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Ludlow is facing Boone County at the right time seeing as Boone County is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Owen County, they will face off against Grant County at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
