Rock Hill made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Nation Ford, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Bearcats were the clear victors by an 11-4 margin over the Falcons on Wednesday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Bearcats as it put an end to their ten-game losing streak.

Brayden Brogdon was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. What's more, he posted two RBI, the most he's had since back in March. Blake Fisher was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Rock Hill's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 4-11. As for Nation Ford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

Rock Hill will have a chance to go back-to-back against Nation Ford: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
