Volleyball Recap: Raytown South Takes a Loss

Raytown South was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Belton Pirates.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-17, 25-8.

Raytown South's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Belton, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-10-1.

Looking ahead, Raytown South will be taking part in a tournament against Benton at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Belton, they are taking a road trip to square off against Park Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
