There's no place like home for Alexander, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They had just enough and edged out the Del Rio Rams 1-0. The Bulldogs' winning goal came courtesy of Omar Camacho.

Alexander has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. Del Rio's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 6-1 and their overall record down to 10-3.

Alexander wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 0-0 draw against Medina Valley on the 25th. As for Del Rio, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against United on the 25th.
