Recap: St. David's Warriors vs. Wake Christian Academy Bulldogs
The St. David's Warriors stacked a 13th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They put the hurt on Wake Christian Academy with a sharp 55-34 victory. The win was nothing new for St. David's as they're now sitting on seven straight.
St. David's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Maya Foster, who scored 14 points along with five steals. Kate Benson was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with four steals.
Emma Crissman and Ava Wulf certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Crissman scored 16 points along with three steals, while Wulf scored eight points along with five rebounds and two steals. That was a full 47.1% of Wake Christian Academy's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
St. David's has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. As for Wake Christian Academy, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost 11 of their last 13 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record this season.
St. David's does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Wake Christian Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
