Eldorado is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Everything went their way against Sterling City on Friday as Eldorado made off with a 41-20 win. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded Eldorado with their most commanding win of the season.
Jasi Galindo was his usual excellent self, rushing for 118 yards and three touchdowns. Another receiver making a difference was Eleazar Hernandez, who gained 153 total yards and a touchdown.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Eldorado was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 221 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2023.

Meanwhile, Van Horn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a blow against McCamey, falling 68-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.
