Soccer Game Preview: Forest Hill vs. Suncoast

The Forest Hill Falcons will head out on the road to square off against the Suncoast Chargers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Forest Hill's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for six straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Forest Hill's offense. They lost 8-0 to Palmetto Ridge on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Falcons have lost by exactly eight goals.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Suncoast). They walked away with a 3-1 win over Boynton Beach back in December of 2024. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Suncoast is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 4-7-3 record this season. As for Forest Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 3-12-2.

Forest Hill suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Suncoast in their previous matchup back in November of 2022. Can Forest Hill avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
