Volleyball Recap: Oswego East Find Success

Oswego East lost to Romeoville back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Wolves came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Wolves.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-20.

Oswego East can attribute much of their success to Laila Mossey, who had eight digs and five aces. Those five aces gave Mossey a new career-high.

Oswego East's win bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Romeoville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-12.

Oswego East wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Lockport on the 24th. As for Romeoville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Yorkville on the 25th.
