Soccer Recap: Lincoln County Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lincoln County can now relate to. They came up short against the Elite Scholars Academy Royal Knights on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly Lincoln County struggled afterwards.

Lincoln County now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Elite Scholars Academy, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-2.

As of now, neither Lincoln County nor the Royal Knights have any future games scheduled.
