The American Eagles will head out on the road to take on the Kennedy Titans at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. American has now lost eight straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since February 27.
American lost a close one when they played on Thursday but unfortunately for them the defeat they were handed on on Tuesday was a bit more commanding. They fell victim to a tough 18-8 loss at the hands of Newark Memorial.
Jordon Jacobs made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Mya Anderson, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, Kennedy was a bit more limited in their match on Tuesday. They fell 6-2 to Mission San Jose. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest runs Kennedy has scored all season.
American's record now sits at 1-9. As for Kennedy, their record is now 3-3.
