Basketball Recap: Alma Center Lincoln Takes a Loss

Alma Center Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 43-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran Lancers. While losing is never fun, the Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 390th, while the Lancers are ranked 188th).

Alma Center Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran, their win bumped their record up to 10-5.

Alma Center Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 59-49 loss against Whitehall on the 4th. As for Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Owen-Withee at 2:30 p.m.
