Baseball Recap: East Central Comes Up Short

East Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] Huskies, falling 21-7. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 13-4 back in April.

Eddie Rote made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one run.

East Central's record now sits at 4-9. As for Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia], they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. East Central will challenge McGregor at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia], they will square off against Ogilvie at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
