Volleyball Game Preview: HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots vs. Kankakee Trinity Academy

The HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots will head out to challenge Kankakee Trinity Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. HomeSchool Resource Center will be strutting in after a win while Kankakee Trinity Academy will be coming in after a defeat.

On Tuesday, HomeSchool Resource Center beat Calumet Christian 3-1.

HomeSchool Resource Center had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 20-25, 27-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Kankakee Trinity Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to Kankakee two weeks ago.

HomeSchool Resource Center's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Kankakee Trinity Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

HomeSchool Resource Center came up short against Kankakee Trinity Academy in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, falling 2-0. Can the Patriots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
