Meanwhile, it may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Cloudland ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Unaka 5-4. The Highlanders haven't had any issues with the Rangers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Cloudland's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-12. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for North Greene, their record now sits at 9-3.

Everything went North Greene's way against Cloudland when the teams last played on Thursday, as North Greene made off with a 13-2 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
