Forsyth had to endure a five-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 65-45 margin over the Absarokee Huskies on Friday. That's more bragging rights for the Dogies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory got Forsyth back to even at 1-1. As for Absarokee, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Forsyth will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Melstone at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Absarokee also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Plenty Coups at 5:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
