Volleyball Recap: Addison Trail Takes a Loss

Addison Trail lost against West Chicago back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Blazers fell 2-0 to the Wildcats.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-21.

West Chicago can attribute much of their success to Brielle Borner, who had six kills, five digs, and two aces.

Addison Trail has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-8 record this season. As for West Chicago, their victory bumped their record up to 5-9.

Looking ahead, Addison Trail will head out to take on Glenbard East at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Chicago, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Riverside-Brookfield at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Wildcats' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
