Basketball Recap: Enterprise's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Saturday

Enterprise lost against St. Andrew's Episcopal back in November of 2017 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Yellowjackets took a hard 68-51 fall against the Saints. While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Mississippi basketball rankings (they are ranked 253rd, while the Saints are ranked 61st).

The defeat snapped Enterprise's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-10 record. As for St. Andrew's Episcopal, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Enterprise will venture away from home to face off against Leake County at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. St. Andrew's Episcopal will take on Ethel in a holiday battle at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
