Volleyball Game Preview: Denison Yellow Jackets vs. Melissa Cardinals

Denison hasn't had much luck against Melissa recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Yellow Jackets will be playing in front of their home fans against the Cardinals at 5:00 p.m.

Denison came up short against McKinney North on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-14, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Melissa had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Coyotes.

Melissa walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-22, 25-23.

Denison's defeat dropped their record down to 13-22. As for Melissa, their win bumped their record up to 20-15.
