It was a proper cat-fight when Calhoun City took on South Pontotoc on Monday. The Wildcats lost 20-8 to the Cougars. The Wildcats' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

Chloe Goodson was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Jordyn Scott, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.
