Van Buren barely beat Lakota the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Black Knights put the hurt on the Raiders with a sharp 12-2 win on Tuesday. Considering the Black Knights have won nine matchups by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Van Buren's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-1. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Lakota, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Van Buren will square off against Ada at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.27 runs per game on average), something the Black Knights will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Lakota, they will challenge Woodmore at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
