Baseball Recap: Gloucester County Tech Takes a Loss

Gloucester County Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Haddon Heights Garnets, falling 15-5. Gloucester County Tech was not able to make up for their loss to Haddon Heights from their previous meeting back in April of 2022.

Vincent Rosas made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael White, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Gloucester County Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Haddon Heights, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Gloucester County Tech wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Woodstown on the 28th. Haddon Heights has also already played their next game (against Cherokee), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
