Softball Recap: Glendora Comes Up Short

Glendora scored first but ultimately less than Muir in their matchup on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 4-3. The Tartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Morgan Gonzalez made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4. Mia Reyes was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and two RBI.

Glendora's loss dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Muir, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Glendora and Muir will both be playing Arcadia the next time they take the field. The Mustangs will host the Apaches at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, while the Tartans will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
