Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Crosspointe Christian Academy walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Tabernacle Christian Eagles 72-39. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 22 points or more this season.

Crosspointe Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Coltenn Wagner, who en route to 25 points in addition to six assists and four steals. Crosspointe Christian Academy is undefeated when Wagner posts 25 or more points, but 8-11 otherwise. William Yeiter was another key player, to rack up 17 points and four steals.

Wagner wasn't the only one working in the assist department: Crosspointe Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2024.

The win got Crosspointe Christian Academy back to even at 11-11. As for Tabernacle Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-12 record this season.

Crosspointe Christian Academy will face off against Suburban Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Crosspointe Christian Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Tabernacle Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
