Basketball Recap: Dixie Hornets vs. Abbeville Panthers
After flying high against GREEN Upstate last Friday, Dixie came back down to earth. The Dixie Hornets took a 24-19 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Abbeville Panthers. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Dixie's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Abbeville's defense has only allowed 28 points per game this season, so South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind's offense will have their work cut out for them.
