CHSA HomeSchool lost a close one when they played last Saturday but unfortunately for them the loss they were handed on Tuesday was a bit more commanding. They were dealt a 79-18 defeat at the hands of the Kingwood Christian Life Center Academy Cougars. Having soared to a lofty 57 points in the game before, the Wolverines couldn't push the score so high this time.
Kingwood Christian Life Center Academy was led to victory by Nicholas Richard and Elijah Mendoza. Richard went 11 for 13 en route to 28 points, while Mendoza dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. Alijah Egland was another key player, scoring ten points in addition to five rebounds and two steals.
CHSA HomeSchool is on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4. As for Kingwood Christian Life Center Academy, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
