Soccer Recap: Marine Leadership Academy Takes a Loss

In Wednesday's Canine Competition, Marine Leadership Academy had to take the L. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Hubbard Greyhounds who were credited with the victory on Wednesday. The Hubbard Greyhounds got it done in the shootout by posting four goals to the Marine Leadership Academy Bulldogs' three. Marine Leadership Academy have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Marine Leadership Academy's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Hubbard, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Marine Leadership Academy will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Francis W. Parker at 5:00 p.m. on the 20th. As for Hubbard, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Victoria Soto on the 9th.
