Softball Recap: Orange Glen Comes Up Short

Orange Glen and Lincoln squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Orange Glen had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Hornets by a score of 6-5. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Hornets this season, with their most recent defeat being a 15-0 loss on Friday.

Orange Glen's defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-14-1. As for Lincoln, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-11 record this season.

As of now, neither Orange Glen nor Lincoln have any future games scheduled.
