Basketball Game Preview: Atlantic Coast Stingrays vs. Fletcher Senators

Atlantic Coast hasn't had much luck against Fletcher recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Atlantic Coast Stingrays will host the Fletcher Senators at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Atlantic Coast earned a 61-51 win over Temple Christian Academy.

Meanwhile, Fletcher waltzed into their match on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They put the hurt on the Golden Eagles with a sharp 40-15 victory. The 40-point effort marked the Senators' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Fletcher is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Atlantic Coast, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-10.
