Football Game Preview: Muenster Hornets vs. Cross Plains Buffaloes

The Muenster Hornets will challenge the Cross Plains Buffaloes at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Muenster's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They claimed a resounding 59-0 victory over Chico. The win was nothing new for the Hornets as they're now sitting on six straight.

What's more, he racked up 177.1 passer rating, the most he's had since back in August of 2024. Another player making a difference was Dustyn Croft, who gained 69 total yards and a touchdown.

Everything came up roses for Muenster against Cross Plains in their previous matchup back in November of 2021, as the squad secured a 55-7 victory. In that game, the Hornets amassed a halftime lead of 28-7, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
