Volleyball Recap: West Blocton Takes a Loss

After flying high against Bibb County on Tuesday, West Blocton came back down to earth. The Tigers lost 3-0 to the American Christian Academy Patriots on Thursday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on September 9th.

West Blocton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for American Christian Academy, the victory got them back to even at 10-10.

West Blocton has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Altamont on the 27th. As for American Christian Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Demopolis on the 29th.
