Cambridge suffers fourth straight loss on the road

The Cambridge N/A's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their seventh straight loss. They took a 62-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of Tamarac. Cambridge has struggled against Tamarac recently, as their contest on Wednesday was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the defeat, Cambridge saw an underclassman step up: Luke MacDougall scored 19 points. Tully Mahar was another key contributor, scoring ten points.

Tamarac was led to victory by Adam Rice and Kamerin Edmonds. Rice scored 17 points along with eight rebounds and two blocks, while Edmonds scored 25 points along with eight steals and six assists. Rice is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last eight games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Price, who scored eight points along with two blocks.

Cambridge's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Tamarac, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cambridge will challenge Salem at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tamarac, they will head out on the road to face off against Stillwater at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Stillwater will be coming into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.
