Football Recap: Mattamuskeet Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Mattamuskeet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 50-6 loss at the hands of the Lawrence Academy Warriors.

Mattamuskeet's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lawrence Academy, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season.

Mattamuskeet will venture away from home to take on Bear Grass Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lakers will need to watch out since the Bears have now posted at least 31 points in their last four matchups. As for Lawrence Academy, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Wake Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m.
