Basketball Recap: Monday's Victory Is Western Tech & Environmental Science's Third in Last Four Outings

Western Tech & Environmental Science lost to Chesapeake back in January of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Western Tech & Environmental Science Wolverines came out on top against the Chesapeake Bay Hawks by a score of 69-58.

Western Tech & Environmental Science has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points per game. As for Chesapeake, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Coincidentally, Western Tech & Environmental Science and Chesapeake will both be playing New Town the next time they take the court. Western Tech & Environmental Science will host New Town at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Chesapeake will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
