Volleyball Recap: Elk Grove Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Elk Grove was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Palatine Pirates. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Pirates this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-11.

Elk Grove now has a losing record of 14-15. As for Palatine, their win was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-4.

Looking ahead, Elk Grove will venture away from home to challenge Streamwood at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Palatine, they will welcome Saint Viator at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
