Soccer Recap: Fort Collins Takes a Loss + How To Watch

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Fort Collins was not quite Ralston Valley's equal in the second half on Thursday. They lost 4-1 to the Mustangs. While losing is never fun, Fort Collins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado soccer rankings (they are ranked 142nd, while Ralston Valley are ranked third).

Fort Collins has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season. As for Ralston Valley, the win keeps them at an undefeated 6-0-1.

As for Ralston Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 victory against Rocky Mountain on the 19th.
