Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Whitley Phillips stepped things up a notch to give Bessemer City the 'W'. Phillips wasn't messing around, scoring two runs and stealing three bases while going 1-for-1. The game was her fifth straight with two or more stolen bases.

Phillips and Bessemer City will take on Hueytown at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
