Softball Recap: High Point Central Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

After low-scoring totals in their previous three contest, High Point Central brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They came out on top against the Lexington Senior Yellowjackets by a score of 13-8 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Bison as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

High Point Central's victory bumped their record up to 6-11. As for Lexington Senior, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-15.

Coincidentally, High Point Central and Lexington Senior will both be playing T.W. Andrews the next time they take the field. The Yellowjackets will head out to face the Red Raiders at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bison will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
