Volleyball Recap: Fulshear Starts Season with Victory Against Grand Oaks

Fulshear gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Grand Oaks Grizzlies by a score of 3-1. For the Chargers, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Grizzlies walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.

While Fulshear might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Grand Oaks scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-23, 21-25, 25-19, 25-20.

Looking ahead, Fulshear will venture away from home to square off against Tomas at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Grand Oaks, they will be taking part in a tournament against Tomball at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday.
