Sand Rock hadn't done well against Sylvania recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Wildcats really took it to the Rams for the full four quarters, racking up a 68-31 win. With the Wildcats ahead 40-15 at the half, the game was all but over already.

The victory got Sand Rock back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Sand Rock will be playing at home against West End at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Sylvania, they will head out on the road to take on Section at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Rams will need to watch out since the Lions have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
