Volleyball Recap: Astoria/VIT Takes a Loss

Astoria/VIT was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Riverton Hawks.

Astoria/VIT's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Riverton, their win bumped their record up to 18-12.

Looking ahead, Astoria/VIT will face off against Illini Bluffs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Riverton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Havana on the 11th.
