Tuttle faced Sulphur in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Tigers blew past the Bulldogs 11-2. Considering the Tigers have won 18 matchups by more than six runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Tuttle's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 26-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.4 runs on average over those games. As for Sulphur, with the defeat, they broke their nine-game winning streak and moved their record to 24-3.

Tuttle will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Bulldogs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
