Wilsonville put another one in the bag on Sunday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Putnam Kingsmen as Wilsonville made off with an 11-1 victory. That ten run margin sets a new team best for the Wildcats this season.

Wilsonville pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Putnam, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought as Wilsonville Wildcats duke it out with Mountain View Cougars at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Putnam, they will take on Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Putnam is facing Franklin at the right time seeing as Franklin is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
