Soccer Recap: Freeman Comes Up Short

Freeman's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the J.R. Tucker Tigers by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Freeman have lost by just one goal.

Freeman's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-6-1. As for J.R. Tucker, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Freeman will take on Godwin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for J.R. Tucker, they will challenge Hanover at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hanover will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something J.R. Tucker surely won't give up without a fight.
