Softball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Stratford

Stratford put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Wautoma Hornets as Stratford made off with a 10-4 win. The Tigers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hornets, too.

Stratford's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 3-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 11.0 runs this season. As for Wautoma, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Stratford Tigers face off against Blair-Taylor Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wautoma, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 15-0 loss against Menomonie on the 29th.
