Highlands is 9-1 against Sam Houston since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Highlands' defeat dropped their record down to 3-16-1. As for Sam Houston, their loss dropped their record down to 0-15.

Highlands took their win against Sam Houston in their previous meeting back in March by a conclusive 13-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Owls since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
