Basketball Recap: West Sioux Takes a Loss

West Sioux lost against Akron-Westfield back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The West Sioux Falcons fell 58-51 to the Akron-Westfield Westerners.

West Sioux has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for Akron-Westfield, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-13.

West Sioux has already played their next game (against Gehlen Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Akron-Westfield wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 63-43 loss against Hinton on the 4th.
