Basketball Recap: Evangel Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Evangel Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 52-39 to the Parkway Panthers. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 56-46 to them when the teams met back in December of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Evangel Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 11-22. As for Parkway, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season.

Coming up, Evangel Christian Academy will take on Benton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Parkway, they will square off against Captain Shreve at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
